Cancellation & No-Show Policy

To ensure the highest quality of instruction and fairness to all students, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any lesson cancellations or rescheduling requests.

• Timely Cancellations: Lessons cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice will be eligible for a make-up credit or rescheduling.

• Late Cancellations: Lessons cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full lesson fee.
